Current Staff:

b0mb:  Modeller

 b0mb is the modeller extraordinaire. What's to say about b0mb? He made the l33t runes you'll be seeing in 2.0 as well as many wonderful models from previous versions of CCTF. b0mb is l33t. Just don't tell em he is a hooker.

Casey:  Lead Designer (Threewave)

Casey has been designing levels for FPS games since Duke3D with the Build editor and has been creating levels for all three of the Quake games. Casey started playing Capture the Flag a few days after it was first released in 1996 and was completely consumed by it. Casey has learned a lot from Zoid's influence over the years and intends to put that knowledge to use in future projects.  

Dekard:  Artist (Threewave/CCTF)

Dekard has always been a mainstay in the Quake community and has a long history of graphics work. Dekard is also known as the King of the gypsy server admins and has a bit of a Shambler fetish. I don't know if there is any money in adult only Shambler fetish sites, but if there is, sign us up.

DD:  Level Designer (Threewave/CCTF)

DD is the driving force behind the Classic flavour of Capture the Flag. It's easy to tell why he loves Classic CTF when you see him pop up from behind the couch with his hand down the front of his pants yelling "Is that a grapple in my pants or am I just happy to see you?!" Then he runs out into the hall screaming "Grapple this! Grapple this!" We usually have to hold him down on the couch with a paper bag over his face so he won't hyperventilate.

Kilderean:  Programmer (Threewave/CCTF)

Kilderean comes to ThreeWave from the frozen arctic tundra of eastern Canada, known in the summertime as Quebec. Kilderean has a full Quake 3 skill set including modeling and level design. Kilderaan came out of hibernation early this year to hook up with ThreeWave on their biggest project yet.

Scancode:  Level Designer (Threewave Map Pack)

Scancode is another multitalented member of the ThreeWave team and has also has a long history in the world of shooters. Scancode possesses strong technical and artistic skills in the Quake engine realm and has already proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team. Once we have him paper trained and neutered we'll set up an e-mail account and .plan file.  

Sludge:  Programmer  (Threewave/CCTF)

Sludge brings a whole new level of enthusiasm to ThreeWave, and combined with his promising programming abilities helps shed new light on the future direction of ThreeWave. Sludge also gives hope to geeks around the world, because he truly is a geek, and he has a girlfriend! wtf!  

Whiplash:  Artist (CCTF) (semi retired)

Whiplash spends his nights working on graphics and interface. If you've ever seen a picture of Whiplash then you know why Casey says he looks like a member of 'Hells Modemers'. I'm pretty sure his favorite saying is "shit!, where did Laurie leave her smokes?"


 

Alot of the above team had a lot to do with previous versions but the below people help contribute to CCTF as it stands today, they have moved on since their days of packing it in with the CCTF team but they are not forgotten and their contributions will live on in our memories and throughout new versions of the mod.
