update? than's site? wtf?
I don't suppose you've missed me, but I'm back anyway (/me HUGS everyone that has missed him.) It's been a long time, and I've finally gotten off my backside and updated the site by giving it a funky new hexagonal look that even Bob Holnes would approve of, and getting rid of the clutter of the old site. This means that there will be nothing here except the occaisional strained ejaculation of text into this column, and perhaps the odd map or two if I ever get time to add any more. Sheesh, where did all my time go?

Well, since I started university, almost three years ago, I started doing a bit of faffing here and there. Back then, faffing was only a hobby, and although I enjoyed it, faffing didn't stand in the way of my other activities. However, after a year and a bit of hobbiest faffing around, I decided to enroll in a part-time faff course here at the University of Exeter. Unfortunately, the faff degree started to make my computer science studies slip a little bit, so recently I have been working hard to try and get my computer science degree sorted out before I continue with the faffing. Of course, I don't want to let my faffing skills slip completely, so I make sure that I faff regularly, at least 5 times a week, if not every day.

Anyway, back to the new site. To download a file, simply choose a hexagon you like the look of from the grid on the left and click on it. This brings up a fileplanet download window where you can download the file. A little information about the file is also displayed above this column when you move your mouse cursor over the hexgons. If this doesn't work on your browser, then tough shit. I've tested the site in IE6 and Opera6 and it looks fine in both and everything works as it should. I haven't had the chance to test in recent version of Netscape, but in 4 the images aren't aligned properly... I'm sure there must be more bugs than that though. The site has been designed for a screen resolution of 1024 * 768, you'll have to scroll around if your screen isn't good enough, sorry (actually, no I'm not .)

That's all for now, goodbye. Oh, before I leave, if anyone wants to email me for whatever reason, my email address is [email protected].
