| TonyDM
| 328k | After doing many CTF levels, Tony turned his hand to DM. What a great level too! IT's a small fairly semetrical and flat map, but it does interesting work with elevation by incorpating 'ladders' and jump pads. New and origianl idea. Not to mention this level looks quite nice and well. Check it out! 2-4 players. FULL REVIEW | 84% |
| FsDm3
| 153k | This level is highy remnicinet of UkoolDM6, which I think is a 'tidbit' better. Anyway, this level is VERY professinal looking, using excellent architecture, lighting, and a few new texctures that blend seemlessly with the level. The layout is excellent to. Not much more to say about a super level, let the frags begin! 3+ people | 82% |
| Gotcha2
| 238k | Whowsers, what a great level. It looks basically like a bomb went off inside DM4. It has a similar style to that level (although bigger), and uses some of the most awesome looking custom textures ever. This level is terrific. The onyl problem may be that the level is a little too dark, and that sometimes the textures feel a little overdone in the lighter areas. Nonetheless, a solid map. FULL REVIEW | 82% |

| 238k | I always look forward to Adriano's levels. Each one has it's own style, yet has a great solid feel to it with excellent gameplay. Some of his maps may be a little dull looking (like this one) but what it lacks in looks, it has in gameplay. Wonderful level featuring some great engagement spaces. A little large for my taste though. 4-12 players. FULL REVIEW | 82% |
| Ztndm2
| 197k | Ztn is becoming one of the elite Quake map authors out there. His levels just get better and better. Ztndm2 is a great level. It has a large 'verticle' layout with many defined floors. The level is designed around two 3-4 floored atriums connected by halls/teleporters. The item layout is excellent. The only draw back is that the level looks kinda rough. 3-6 players. | Becoming1 | 198k | I've neglected posting this level till I tried it on the net. Whow! This level rocks. It was a killer layout and gibs WILL be flying high and far. Item placement for good weapons is bountiful so everyone usually has a super nail gun or better. Very fast play with 4+ people. I mean 'very' fast. This level rocks and rolls.

| CrewDm3 | 311k | The Crew series DM maps don't have the best gameplay, but they certainly posses their own unique look and feel. Every map has it's own custom texture job that creates it's own atmosphere. The architeture is clean and smooth, and the lighting is great. again, the only downside is the lacking gameplay. 3-8 players. FULL REVIEW

| Deguello | 359k | Yet another oled classic map. Has nice new texure job and some excellent lighting. This map actually won my first DM Map competition I hosted about 2 years ago. Since then its been outdone. Even so, this is a great map. Has a rather large layout, but it takes advantage of height and cover, and is connected with a few teleporters. 3-8 players. FULL REVIEW

| KAOS | 186k | Great level by Kunani. Basiacally take DM4, triple its size, add a whole lot more, and this is what you get. This sprawling level os halls, lifts, chambers, and water passages will you have leaping about every which way in a blood thirsty frenzy. With 8 or less people, you're going to have one hell of frag fest. The layout is excellent, as is weapon placement. The only real downer is that it's pretty blan to look at. Otherwise, this level kicks ass! | 79% |
| Ledges | 342k | Another VERY good level. It has some of the most wonderful architexture. The stairs feel like some gothic building. Basically this level is bassed around a large central circular room that has the stairway halls going around it. Branching of are tons of ledges and so forth. A really excellent layout. Good lighting and texture choices to. Best for at least 4+. If your playing with about 8 this level just gets crazy. Ledges are fun to sniper from. | 79% |
| ZtnDm3 | 173k | Ztndm3 is not as good as ZTN's other dm maps, but it's still a strong map nontheless. Used the Gloom Keep texturing (which I personally don't like) and has so-so lighting and architecue. The gameplay isn't anything to write home about, but it's a solid average level. Check it out and frag some people. 3-6 people. FULL REVIEW

| Arma3 | 219k | Arma is pretty phat level. It is basically a semi flat two layered complex, with lots of elevated walkways and such. It has a grainy feel to the textures which is kinda cool. The item placement, and game speed are really the high points. With two or three people you'll be gibbin like a pro. Nice layout, check it out. | 78% |
| CTFireWT | 303k | This is without a doubt the funkiest map ever devised. It's basically a large square room with about 5 diffrent floors connected by ramps, lifts, platforms, staris etc. In addition there is network of water troughs, waterfalls and lava pool. The word 'jungle' accurately discribes this map. It's dark, crampes, and has some spooky lighting to really get you freaked out. Only draw back is that it's inherent nature tends to stiffle head to head fights. 3-8 players. FULL REVIEW

| Vici_QW | 678k | Probebly the best 32 player level I've seen to date. It has some wonderful architecture, great engagement areas, and a terrific layout. Backed up with varried texture areas, and excellent lighting, this is one hell of a level. The only down side is that it runs pretty chunky, and gameplay becomes horribly slow before you even fill it up to the 32 player brim! Good level though. | 78% |
| Manson1 | 396k | This level was hot stuff when it came out. It was one of the first real high quality looking levels, which goes to show in that the author was hired by id. Anyway, the level design was very centralized, and also added the 'trap' element to the game. With lava and crushers in just the right amount, this level quickly became renown for being both a wonder to behold, and rush to play. Great level. Pretty dark and spooky too...

| MncrDrug | 269k | This is an excellent, with great looks, and a wonderful level. Only problem is that it has out lived its time. In any event, the level has a typical blue wall texture job (which is done well and combined with some tech walls) and a very resepctive layout that keeps people moving aorund. One nice thing is the underwater sewer area. It's flooded with water at the right depth to look cool, but not obstruct gameplay. Terrific work Mancer! | 77% |
| CenParW | 740k | Central Park West has abosulty nothing to do with the Big Apple. In any event, this is a pretty large level, which usually means there isn't much detail. Wrong! This level has an excellent layout, with some great looking, and playing rooms. Some of the halls are just equisite looking. The well thought out layout help to keep the action going dispite it's size. Phat level. | 76% |
| DcDm3 | 350k | This level was actually concidered by many to be one of the best maps around. I agree that it's goot, but it isn't really my style. The level plays flat because there are no effective verticle differences for combat. So it just plays dull. On the other hand, the level impliments common textures very well, and has some great architecutral touches that spice up it's visual appeal. Not a bod map, just not great. 3-8 players. FULL REVIEW

| HipSide | 419k | The hidside dm level from level lord is simply amazing. It has a base/chemical plant feeling to it, with all these big pipe's and eletrical stations. It looks great! Very respectful base theme (which I'm usually sick of lookig at, but not here!) In any event, there are TON's of rocket launchers, and megahealths. However, the level is very large with 3 or 4 huge chamberous areas where the action takes place. Simply a wonderful level. | 76% |
| CrewDm2 | 229k | CrewDm2 was a level with alot of potential and a great atmosphear, but unfotunetly was lacking on gameplay. It just wasn't as interesting it looked. Anyway, this level uses some of the best custom textures I've seen, really excellent work, and some smooth lighting. It was a DM6 style layout (more or less) but it just doesn't come off well enough. Good work nevertheless. | 75% |
| CTGard32 | 601k | This is a pretty fly level if I do say so. It has a very good layout, dark and spooky lighting and a really good atmosphere. It is basically a squarish level with 'garden' type rooms in the coners. The center is a network of chambers, water passages and tight halls. There are pleanty of weapons to go around, and with all the player starts, it makes for some good big player # games. | 75% |
| KndyBase | 276k | Kndybase was Kndymans first quake map, and not to mention the fact that this level litterally redefined the potential of level editing. Prior to this map, levels were fairly simply and dull. This level incorprated new textures, a new theme, and a gameplay style to die for. The is very open, but everything is in just the right proportions that it all works equisitly. There are tons of catwalks that work 'well' unlike some levels. The design as a whole just generally kicks ass. Levels don't become any more of a classic than this one :) | 75% |
| TsD | 251k | This I think was originally a SP level, that was converted for DM. I can't tell that it was SP. It has an excellent layout bassed around a central chamber with all kinds of neat angled halls and rooms spawning of of it. The architecture is quite good with lots of interesting angles. The texturing is also pretty unique concidering the amount of metal and dm4 levels out there. | 75% |
| Cmania | 322k | This level is awesome. It uses a castle theme although it does note resemble a castle. It has lots of walkways and phat gibbin' areas. The architecture and lighting is simple, yet well done. The layout is very good, and keeps the action flowing quite well. Grand level. 4+ players | 74% |
| Satyr1a | 273k | This level attempted to revolutionize the speed of net games, and was a pioneer in the field of low vis rates. And dispite heavy design resrtictions, we ended up with an EXCELLENT level. It looks good, has simple yet highly effective architecture, great layout. Couldn't want anything more from a map. And it's fast too! | 74% |
| Elektra | 545k | Originally a SP level, the Elektra Complet also proved to an excellent deathmatch map. It bears heavy resemblance to the Wizard's Maze, in that it uses blue texturing, had wooden catwalks, with slime / water below. It's really a 'highly' professional looking map. Can't tell that it wasn't one of id's own! Great map, item placement is a little tweaky though. | 73% |
| NexDm1 | 144k | NexDm1 is a rather nifty level, that does play fairly well dispite a simple design. The level as a whole is very dark, fairly flat, and very tight. The halls are all narrow, and the open rooms are still ver cramped. However, this gives a very unique feeling game. With 2 or three people alot of suspence builds up until your startled by the sounds of gunfire aorund the corner. The level has fairly simple architecture, but since it's so dark you hardly need complet detail, as you wouldn't be able to see it. All quite phat. | 73% |
| KuDm32 | 587k | This is a 32 player level, and compared to most 32 player levels it's better than the avarage! It looks good, however it isn't amazing like some levels. It plays plenty fast and has a nice and dark lighting theme, however some areas could stand for improvment. The item placement is also a little odd. There are a ton of rocket launchers, yet not many weaker guns which is to bad. The level's layout is quite good however, and with all the ledges and such, you'll be getting fragged from thin air. There are tons of dark ledges to gib people from above. Quite entertaining, especially with 15 reaper bots :) | 72% |
| Ppdm2
| 160k | This level is one of the fastest, craziest levels I've seen. I played it with alot of bots and 'my god' is all I can say. I was hard pressed to last a miniute with out getting gibbed. There's lots of walkways in this one, and some pretty nice lookin' areas as well. There's alot of weapons, especially rocket launchers (3, I think) for so small a level. This however really keeps the action intense! 2+ players

| Dark04b
| 976k | This version includs two levels, DarkHall and DarkBase. Darkbase is a base styled level that has a really good design to it. There is alot of up and down action. Remnicinet of DM3 except MUCH better in my opinion. Darkhall has dm2 style texturing. The level however is fairly large, with some simple yet well done architecture to it. There are lots of open and cramped areas, as well as verticle areas to. Quite good. 6+ players

| Mortis
| 217k | This level is totally kick ace! It hasn't got very 'good' reviwes from other sites but I like it alot. Maybe it's just beacuse it's the first level tested with the reaper bot (which this level rocks with). I'm used to having 4 BG bots, so this is the first man vs. one bot level I've done. It's awesome. There isn't really and spectatular architechture by anymeans, but nor are there any bod looking spots. It's a very open level with lots of walk ways and big platforms. It reminds me in alot of ways of those old Doom wads. Cool level, GET IT! 2+ players

| KndyForg | 240k | Not quite as good as the other kandylevels, although this is still a good level. Has some excellent architecture, lighting, and little effects that really add to it (like wind tunnels and invisible floors). The author has mixed up some new tectures for it which make it fell like the earily pics of Q2. Pretty well laid out level too. 3+ players. | 70% |
| Dakyne | 254k | Dakyne is another very well known level, paticually for it's AMAZING lighting job. The lighting is all natual (sky lights etc), and really looks cool. The downside is that it's possible to trap yourself in an area inthe map and the architecture's a little blan. On the other hand, there are some interesting little gadgets in the level that do some neat effects (see if you can fine em). It's also a little flat, but still, a good level. | 70% |
| GrippDM1 | 279k | This is a pretty cool level. It has a base type theme, which focuses on the redish textures, which is a nice change of pace. The level is bassed arounf a large circular chamber, with all kinds of rooms, and stairs gong up around it.. Somewhat like DM4 except with more ledges, and about twice as big. The layout is pretty cool in this level and is alot of fun for one-on-one matches. Try it out! | 70% |
| KndyCity | 493k | From the author of the infamous KndyBase. The feel of this level is excellent. It looks like a city/mine scape with buildings that vanish into darkness high above. The layout is great, with big open areas, and then tight hallwayish areas to. Excellent level, highly recomended. | 70% |
| Loaded
| 421k | Loaded is a really great level. Based on some kind of fortress/castle/courtyard kind of thing this has been one of the better wads around! The layout is really good, and it has great weapon placement etc. Has some nifty lift's, water effects and a really nice spiral stairway. There aren't any nasty looking places in this level, get it. Could do more with a real 3D feel though. Kinda choppy too.

| ObiWan | 558k | This has been a fairly well known level. It has a very good design although it is fairly flat. The architecture and lighting is very good concidering this levels age. Quite pleasing to look at. Check it out. 4+ players | 69% |
| Cmania3 | 213k | The third Cmania level, and is not one scrap less than his previous ones. Cmania 3 has a slightly different texture theme, but it is implimented in the same way so it basiaclly feels the same. This one is alot smaller than the first two, and is more open. It has some terrific architechture which I think out does the first and second one by a long shot. The lighting is good, as in the item placement. Over all another wonderous Cmania level, worthy of anyone's collection. 3+ players | 68% |
| Judas24v2 | 240k | This is one of the original quake levels that were really popular. It's terrific. Small with a fair amount of light, nice textures and very, very compact. It's pretty wild with 4 players so anything above that might be pusing it. The gameplay is great though!
| 68% |
| BaseWalk | 234k | Base walk is an interesting and centralized level built around a kind of power/core/column kind of a thing. It has some nifty ledges and great fraggin areas. This is level is also a blast with reapers. It looks pretty cool, but not completly amazing, althrough it has a really cool lift. Check it out. | 67% |
| FsDm2 | 352k | I don't like the 2nd FsDm level quite as much as the others, but it is still a wonderful level. It isn't nearly as spacious or 3d, but more of a flat hallway type of level. However, this author does a good job of keeping halls to a minimal, and making the ones that are there, look and fell good. If you need a new level to try out, try this. 3+ players | 66% |
| Manson3 | 376k | Another nice manson level, bigger than the first two. Not as good as the first manson, but better than the second. It has a much more 3d layout than any of the previous ones. It's a little bit big for me though, kinda lost that smallness that the other two had. Try it out though if you liked the other ones. Not as many horrid traps :) | 65% |
| OthrSide | 160k | Uuing the highly overdone DM4 style, this level doesn't really appeal to me that much. Although the layout and looks are good, it is a little out of proportion in my opinion. It would be alot iver if all the rooms and halls were smaller so the level is more compact, because it feels to vast and open as it is. However, the layout is quite good, and it can be pretty pun to play in. | 64% |
| Manson2
| 430k | Although many concider this level great I don't really like it. It has way to many traps in my opinion which gets in the way of the action. The level looks great but the design isn't super. Half the level is to hard to get to, by having to go somewhere else and avoid traps and so forth. Again, maybe you like this type of thing, then by all means get it. The level looks great though! Same profeninal look as the first manson. | 63% |
| Taint1 | 194k | Level by Mancer. Pne of his earily levels. A small multi floored base. Isn't wonderful, but plays quite well. Some interesting areas to fight in, but as a whole it is pretty blan, and not much new. | 62% |
| Chillers
| 264k | Another smallish level with massive amounts fun. This level as well isn't bassed of anything in particular but has a great 3-D layout. There was a little to much detail put into some areas which slows it down, and not enough in oter spots. It's still very nive though. 2+ player, more the better! 3+ players
