All us QMatrix members hangout in our IRC room, just download an IRC client, the most popular being mIRC (mirc.co.uk) and once in join the Quakenet Server, the address is:

irc.quakenet.eu.org

Then once you are logged in to the server, join our channel which is identified as:

#qmatrix

If you did all that correctly then your ready to chat. A member of the team may not always be their due to school, sleeping (yes we do sleep), etc.
