Catch the Chicken

Enhancements for 2.0
Teamplay added!
The droppable option now allows you to throw the chicken grenade style. This is always on in a team game.
Glow changed into an optional color.
Time delay before you can pickup the chicken after throwing.
Pickup health options changed. You can now allow players to pickup small +2 health items.
Not really a bug, when no clients are connected the chicken doesn't respawn to stop filling up log files.
Plus more... (lots have been added for teamplay)

Bugs fixed in 2.0
If you suicided yourself while crouching a crouching body remained.
We think the invisible player problem has been fixed but can't be sure. We can't figure out how to recreate it.
Vwep support is now supported properly (even though I don't think anyone had a problem with this)

Bugs fixed in 1.4
When firing while in "cam chicken" caused game to crash.
Chicken will now respawn if it falls out of the world. This could happen sometimes if you dropped it into moving things.
The chicken respawns after it explodes. No, we can't stop it from exploding it's just a part of Quake2 that we have no control over.
Cameras no longer retain the data of the player they follow, everything is reset.
Standard Logging wasn't being generated correctly.

Known bugs in 1.4
Sometimes a few players can't see other players.
Some players have been seen floating against the roof/sky. (Chicken magic?)
Vwep only works if the server has vwep installed.
