The Map

Pre-Match Comments

Ash

Comments: I can't complain about the matches so far, things have definitely been going my way. I just came off of a great, close match, and I think that's has done a good job preparing me for the remaining matches of the tournament. My goal is still consistancy, to own the map and stay in control as much as possible.

Sluggo is a good player, but I'm getting the impression that he's been getting pretty confident back there resting on his lorals. I haven't been doing any resting, and I'm just going to continue my press for the Top Dawg title.

Sluggo

Comments: Someone told me I'd already played a match in this tourney. I had no recollection of this, so so to prove it, they showed me a demo. Lo and behold, it appears that I clobbered Hellchick 24-3 in a first-round match cut short by a merciful server op. It went so quick, and took so little effort, that I guess I just forgot about it.

But that was ages ago. Since then, I've been kicking back, enjoying my bye...and TRAINING. I feel good. I feel fresh. And more important, I'm ready to kick Ash's ASS.

I've watched the demos of Ash and Pappy. I've watched them trade frags and struggle to stay in the winner's bracket. But there will be no struggle here. I will own the rail. I will own the rocket launcher. I will own the plasma gun.

And when we're through, I will own a slot in the championship match while the rest of the field doggypaddles through the losers bracket to face me.

Ash: ph34r m3.
