Chris: Definitely an entire arsenal! Combine all the weapons from all the great games and stick them into one game, that gets my vote!
Gestalt: Much more than a dozen and I get confused... :-)
Bastard: I'm having fun with the weapon selection in halflife, shogo and blood2. So Bring It ON!
dweomer: I'd like two or three *good* weapons that play very differently and take skill to use. RL, LG, GL anyone?
Fargo: I'm with the majority here -- a handfull of really cool, well-balanced weapons rocks. Half-Life does a really good job with this.
China: Generally I like variety, but that Quake RL is so much fun.

Chris: Swords and bows suck, actually all of these choices suck, I want the GoldenEye at my fingertips!
Gestalt: Looks realistic weapons are in at the moment...
Bastard: Modern is fun, but then again... did you say Nipple Gun?
dweomer: Melee weapons suck. My favorites cover several genres: Quake RL & LG, Doom Shotgun, Shogo Assault Rifle, Half-Life Revolver.
Fargo: I think people are hungering for a really realistic modern warfare simulation -- the popularity of Action Quake, Rainbow 6, and the direction Half-Life is going sorta backs this up. I bet in a year from now we'll want something new, but for now, give me a realistic AK-47 and a trenchcoat. >;)
China: Alien nipple gun? hmmmm,....
Gestalt: Yeah, alien nipple gun. You've never played Redneck Rampage then I take it?

Chris: I don't think I've played SPQ2 since I completed Q2 a few days after it's release a year ago... That might change soon with the source release though, woohoo!
Gestalt: I played Zaero a couple of weeks ago, but apart from that, no...
Bastard: Woah. Wasn't that a year ago? Get a move on kids!
dweomer: I never played more than the first 5 levels of Quake2. Multiplayer is where it is at.
Fargo: Nope.
China: Ran through it once; multi-player is where its at!

Gestalt: Hah! Definitive proof that Quakers are a bunch of sad no-lifers...
Bastard: Hmm. I see problems here....
Fargo: Women who play Quake are keepers. Men who play Quake are .... single. ;)
China: Any man that would make me choose between him and my video game addiction would NOT be one for me ;-)

dweomer: Up is up. I think. Actually, I can't ever remember, but when I sit down one of the two ways feels wrong. :)
Fargo: People keep using my computer and turning invert mouse on, it drives me nuts. Whomp! I'm staring at the ceiling.
China: Tried it once; almost threw up. All wrong.

Hell yes! - I want a general gaming news site
226
7.1%

Chris: Don't tell Gestalt I said this, but I think if it's a slow day on the quake/quake2 front we should be allowed to divert a little and cover some of the other FPS games. Then again, we have a Planet for each game so we'd be riding into their teritory. I'm interested to see what the viewers think about this one.
Gestalt: Hm .. a nice 50/50 split then. Typical.
Bastard: I'm in for some moderation.
dweomer: I like to hear about other FPS games... but PQ should concentrate on Quake for sure.
Fargo: I'd like PQ to stay Quake-centric, since so many of the other news sites have expanded to cover everything under the sun.
China: Where can I find out who cuts Thresh's hair?
