Ok, if you haven't updated your Q3 to version 1.32 then something's wrong. And that goes for you Mac people too, get your update for Mac today. You knew this was coming too with the latest PR, the update to version 99x9a of Challenge ProMode Arena with lots of fixes and other items. And if you're a gun totin' (railgun for me) varmit, you'll be happy to see an update from the Western Quake 3 site showing off some new goodies. No cow tipping is allowed there! A patch for the newly released Midget Wars is out to fix a compatibility issue. And some really sweet news is that the Weapons Factory Arena site tells of the much anticipated release of version 3.5. Tiki_(da)man goes for a gibbing good time with the latest installment of Level of the Week. Oh yeah, on about another release this week happened over at Qfrag up to version 1.9. And on the review side this week comes from sites such as Deja-Review, lvl, Leak spot, Tiki Domain, and some non review updates happened to the Map Database as well.
What else can we say but the coming soon is sooner then you think. In fact, it happened a few moments ago as I write this. The fact that Urban Terror released version BETA 2.6. I'm actually still awaiting an actual release. But until then all you Urban Terror fiends can download the latest and continue to frag away to your hearts content. Oh, and they've also release some map packs of already released levels. So if you don't already have these maps, you can download them all in one pack. Nice huh?

IceStorm's Tip o' the Week
With the colder times upon us here in the western hemisphere, I feel that times are about to change again. You see, once summer leaves, people start to spend more time inside. And with this 'closed in' condition, you'll start to see tempers start to flare up online. Mostly you'll see this with the younger crowd that still have issues with emotions and control there of, but you'll still see it amongst the older crowd as well. Why is this? Some call it cabin fever, others call it immaturity. Either way, it's always best to execute self control as much as possible. If you find yourself getting really pissed off, feeling that someone is cheating, or just not having a good round, then walk away. I know it's not that simple, but just hit ESC button and click on QUIT. Go back to the desktop, and walk away from your computer. Get a drink, see who's winning the game on TV, anything. Relax compadre, it's just a computer game. That means its not worth the stress. And neither is it worth losing your cool over. Until next time, Auf Wiedersehen mein Freund. (Kisses go out to Joobie)
