Update (January 26th, 2018): The Quake Expo 2011 is now live (again) and integrated it with the current content management system.
The basic aim in powerball is to grab the ball and run for your nearest exit.
There are two distinctly different types of Powerball games:
Non-Teamplay Powerball is played on the original Quake maps. This type of mode is a kind of free for all. The player1 start point is where the ball starts. Players start at the deathmatch positions and they can use any exit points to score.
Teamplay can only be played on custom powerball maps. In this mode there are specific start points for each team and specific goals. The powerball will appear at pre-designated points on the level so you’ll just have to learn where that is!
