Junior's second composition takes on a different visage than his first. By comparison, the level plays out completely different. Where Jrdm1 was more open and aimed for a free-for-all situation, Jrdm2 presents a simple and easy layout geared for 1one1 matches. Don't be deceived however, this map can be quite intense with just a few people. Item placement works fairly well, and gaining the upper ground is paramount. The look of this map has a jvox1 feel, but it comes off unique in it's own right. A very solid and professional level here.

Jrdm1 is an excellent first time map by anyone's standards. In fact, it's an excellent map period! However, it's not without a quick gripe. Initially, the texturing of Jrdm1 turned me off (a look which seemed to spawn after headshot's Dead Bodies Everywhere) because people were using this one a bit to much. However, Junior really managed to impliment the look well, and I have to give him credit for that. When I finally sat down to play, I was simply amazing at how well the level fit together. I've been taking a keen notice of 'open' styled maps (see Efdm8, Frib) and this is definitly one to hone in on. The layout is very appealing, and there are even a few 'character' elements included. (the little gorund pits). Very nice map.
