Match 3B - Round 3

Final Score

Hellchick: 18
Will: 13

The Winner

Comments: It was a nervewracking match; at a couple of points, Will and I were tied and I was sure he was going to pull ahead to the victory. But I managed to get in some good shots, including one with a grenade of all things (they don't call me the Princess of Pineapples for nothing). Next up is Pappy. Bring it on, Grandaddy P!

The Loser

Comments: I'll tell you what, This was a match of true brute force. I felt I put up a good fight and Hellchick had to sweat for her frags. However, in the long run, I was flat out owned. Props to you, Hellchick. We had a tight round up until about half way. That's when your mojo kicked in and I succumbed to your battering. I started getting sloppy and you were right there to clean up. A damn fine game and good luck to you in the upcoming matches.

Poll Comentary and Match Summary

What a match up! If you were watching the poll, the percentages stayed nearly the same throughout the day, giving Hellchick the top spot in the end. A clean-cut premonition of the final results as you can see. But I'll tell you what, at anytime during this face-to-face grudge between two worthy foes, it could have gone either way. The match had a fairly slow start. You could see that each opponent wanted to have that first frag badly. Will got it, but fortunately for Hellchick, this was no indication of the final outcome. For the first half of the tourney, it was all out tug of war. The game was tied three times with consecutive swaps for first place to boot. At one point Will had a 3 frag lead. At just over half way, Hellchick found her stride and was there whenever Will turned around. It became obvious that Will couldnt keep his ammo up and was paying the price for it in gibs. GG to both members of the PQ staff, and to Hellchick a big fat "you go girl!"

Demos and Statistics

A nice pair of demos sum up this match; snag the game from Will and Hellchick's perspectives. Then, lo and behold, match statistic have returned!
